Your message can be upto 130 characters long.
You can send longer text messages by sending multiple messages.
Same
message can be sent to number of people also.
- Can I send a friend/customer
a message if s/he's not a member of SMScountry.com?
Yes You can send any friend/customer a message even if they are not
a member of SMSCountry.
- Can you garuantee delivery
of a Message? sometimes the message is not delivered but
i get the message status as "SUCCESS" WHY?
NO,we don't, actually we carry messages on
telecom provider network so the case of message not
being delivered is less, but the status we show is
only submission success but not delivery success. The
system changes the status of the message to "Success" after
the Operator accepts the message, and the message can
fail after that, but we are not sent back the status
of the message after that.

- I am able to send SMS to
few BSNL cellphones and unable
to send to others WHY?
BSNL is in the process of consolidation its network and is
not completly connected as on date, so few circles are not
conected like the himachal and uttaranchal circles. We will
have to wait till BSNL is completly connected, so keep checking
if the SMS reaches your friends/relatives.
- Can I send FREE SMS to Reliance
india mobiles and in what format? YES,
you can send free SMS to a lot of Reliance circles in
the format <stdcode><relianceNumber> for ex: 04031003602 for
hyderabad circle of Reliance. Reliance is entering into Interconnect
agreements with other service providers and so right now all
circles may not be connected, please keep checking regularly.
- Can send SMS to my friends
in the format mobilenumber@smscountry.com?
NO, as we use GSM technology (and not
emails-
"mobilenumber@serviceprovider.com"
ex: 9848012345@ideacellular.net)
to deliver SMS to the destination mobile. In one phrase
we can say ours is "PURE SMS service" unlike
others who use email to send SMS messages.
- Can you deliver SMS to any
part of
the world?
YES, but make sure you
enter the entire mobile phone number (including country code).
make sure you enter "+" before the number. If there
is a leading zero (0) in the mobile number, remove it, and
then add country code to front of number. Here are some examples:

- I sent my friend an SMS and
he/she did not receive it. Why?
here are some reasons why he/she may not receive the SMS message that you sent
to them:
Your friend may not have text messaging enabled. This is something that is very
common within the U.S. To enable text messaging, your friend must contact their
mobile network operator.
Your friend may have a pre-paid mobile account, and the balance is too low.
Some mobile network operators have their own criterion, such as:
Text messaging plans, allowing a certain number of incoming/outgoing messages
- so your friend may have exceeded their plan allotment
so if one of the following has occurred, your friend may not receive the message:
The mobile device is "out-of-range"
Memory capacity has been exceeded
Subscriber 'busy' for short messaging
The mobile number you entered is incorrect.

loginId? YES, LoginID is completly diffrent
from InboxID, Inboxid is short, so that your friends
find it easy every time they send it from their mobile.

- how do I configure the "Hand2Many"
service ?
Please configure/edit you INBOXID in the settings
page(to go to settings page click on the "settings" link
above), for ex: send "MUM(space)arriving mumbai
2PM morrow" which would be a meesage to all
mumbai staff. To do this you need to create a group
called Mumbai and assign a code MUM to it and add
all mumbai staff numbers to that group.
